We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency that manages tens of millions per month in direct-response ad spending for awesome direct-to-consumer brands.

Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results. We have a team of 180+ members spanning across Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, and more. We need a part time content creator to support Pilothouse in producing industry-leading Creator Generated Content (CGC).

20 hours / week

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Create content for an assortment of Pilothouse DTC brands in many niches

Work alongside cross-functional teams to produce on-brand, highly engaging CGC content that resonates with target audiences
Develop and execute CGC strategies tailored to specific platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.) in order to drive sales
Create content for paid media or organic socials
Post-production video editing including and not limited to adding background music, overlays, and transitions
Research and stay up-to-date on current CGC trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

Passionate and Skilled Content Creator (2+ yrs experience. Professional or free-lance)
Authentic Camera Presence
Up-To-Date on current content trends and CGC best practices
Experienced Video Editor (i.e. Capcut or Adobe for editing CGC)
Strong project and time management skills
Bonus: Based in Victoria and able to shoot content in-office or in-studio (not required)

Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 CAD annually
