Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition campaigns and work alongside an amazing team.

ABOUT THE POSITION
This isn't just another media buying role. You’ll own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Focused primarily on generating high-quality B2B leads, you'll drive creative strategy and media buying across both Pilothouse and DTC Media accounts (Pilothouse’s Newsletter and Podcast).

You’ll have full autonomy in managing campaigns, supported by in-house designers and fast-moving teams. You will strategize, launch, manage, and scale campaigns, test bold ideas, and expand on what works.

You will also lead the creative direction for paid assets, collaborating closely with designers and writers, and dive deep into data analytics to continuously optimize performance. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of campaigns from concept to conversion, with the backing of a team that values performance.

THE DAY-TO-DAY
  • You’ll own every aspect of paid acquisition, from audience research and targeting to ad copy, landing page strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Lead the creative direction for all paid assets, collaborating with designers and writers to bring performance-driven creative to life.
  • Analyze campaign data and present clear, actionable insights to the team with a focus on lead quality and revenue opportunities.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and new ad products, and lead platform diversification by testing new opportunities like Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience running paid ads for lead generation.
  • Proven success in both media buying and creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, funnels, and CRO.
  • Familiarity with platform analytics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Essential Qualities:
  • Bias toward experimentation and fast iteration.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly designers and writers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on KPIs.
  • Passionate about performance marketing and creative problem-solving.

COMPENSATION:
$65,000 base + performance based commissions
