Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a motivated Socials Media Buyer who has a passion for AI tools, automations, and working to apply these into application and work alongside an amazing team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc
  • Entry-level understanding of digital marketing principles and media buying concepts.
  • Familiarity with at least one major advertising platform (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, etc).
  • Basic experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with basic reporting.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Achieve/exceed target KPIs (ex. ROAS, CPA) across all managed campaigns.
  • Effectively build, optimize, and manage campaigns & associated budgets to maximize performance while staying within defined spending limits.
  • Consistently expand and engage the target audience through effective media planning and execution.
  • Maintain and continuously improve expertise in Meta media buying platforms and identify innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Provide accurate and insightful campaign analysis, translating data from campaigns, website, and funnels into actionable next steps for optimization.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients or internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy.
  • Ensure all media buying activities adhere to platform & agency policies as well as industry regulations.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Meta Media Buyer role serves as a foundational position within the Socials team, directly supporting the execution of targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-related properties.
This role contributes to achieving client goals by efficiently implementing campaign strategies, optimizing ad performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and ultimately driving measurable results.
Essentially, this position provides the critical, hands-on support needed to translate strategic plans into effective, platform-specific actions.

COMPENSATION
$40,000 to $50,000 CAD annually + performance incentives
