Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need an Amazon Operations Specialist to support the Pilothouse Amazon team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent English (written and spoken)
Experience with all aspects of Amazon Seller Central including but not limited to:
Pulling Reports
Managing Shipments
Seller Support Tickets
Well versed in Google Sheets
Vendor Central Experience would be an asset but not required

Bonus if experience with the following technologies:

Ad Badger
Helium 10
ClickUp
Slack
SellerBoard

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

You’ll be tasked with supporting the Pilothouse Amazon team across three main areas:

Amazon Seller Support Cases
Managing support issues from ticket creation through to resolution
Inventory Management
Monitoring inventory
Recommending Shipment timing and quantities
Preparing/scheduling shipments
Amazon Reporting/Preparing Meeting Agendas
Pulling weekly status reports from Amazon Accounts
Preparing weekly agendas including filling in weekly account data

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

The right candidate for this role will have experience working within Seller Central including dealing with support cases, pulling various reports and have developed systems for managing inventory replenishments.

We are looking for a highly organized self-starter that can take initiative to complete tasks on their own as well as provide suggestions on how to improve our process.
