DTC Social Media Content Creator

Description

DTC Newsletter is looking to bring on an experienced short form video, direct to camera content creator to help us grow our social channels including Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. 

We are looking for someone with digital marketing knowledge who can pull from our vast library of content and use that to boost our social media presence. 

WHO WE ARE

DTC Newsletter is the world’s top media source for up to the minute advice and insights about growing, scaling, and finding success as a DTC brand online.

We put out five issues on a weekly basis, full of fully actionable education about traffic platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google, as well as more strategic things like CRO (conversion rate optimization), product strategy, and more. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

DTC Newsletter has 87,000 followers+ across all social channels. We are looking for someone with experience as a content creator growing social media accounts who can take what we have already built and use that as a base to grow.

While our largest channel is currently Instagram, we are looking for someone who has experience growing on multiple platforms. 

While we do run ads across social channels, this position is focused solely on our organic presence. We are looking for someone creative who will come to the table with exciting new ideas every day that match our cheeky and lively brand. 

We are looking for someone who can ideate, curate, film, and post content across all social media channels to engage with our target audience of digital marketers. You will be responsible for monitoring all social media channels for performance and engagement regularly throughout the day as well as researching social media trends and marketing best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.

You will be in charge of the full social media strategy including planning and executing. You will work with our team to post exciting updates to our audience while also having core posts that go out daily.

We are looking for a team player with digital marketing knowledge who can come to the table with lots of ideas to grow DTC Newsletter across all social platforms. 

Candidates must be:

  • Experienced in growing social media accounts. 
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and able to edit your own videos.
  • Able to write social media posts while using in house graphic designers if needed. 
  • Must stay up to date with social media trends. 
  • Ability to monitor all social posts performance as well as account growth and report back to the team.

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
