Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Sales Executive to support the Partnerships team in achieving aggressive growth goals for the agency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A demonstrated history of success in sales, with an emphasis on consistently meeting and exceeding targets (this should not be your first sales job).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience closing recurring revenue deals of significant value.
  • Be able to work within a sales system, but also be able to develop your own processes
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the capacity to establish rapport with clients and partners quickly.
  • Comfortable tracking every activity and using CRM and various software for daily tasks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Relentless motivation to close the deal
  • Sales experience within an agency is an asset


ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
  • Must be self motivated and driven by goals 
  • Fast learner, able to hit the ground running
  • Clear, effective genuine communicator (must be able to have a genuine conversation to get to the heart of the leads problems, not follow a sales script)
  • True ownership of outcome
  • Able to work independently but also in a true team environment where people work collaboratively to sell clients
  • Must be a nice person - we have high expectations, and high standards but this isn’t boiler room
  • Ability to manage your time effectively 

KEY POINTS
  • We have a relatively large amount of inbound leads, however we’re looking for someone who can also search externally when inbound are not hitting the numbers we need
  • Monthly contract values with clients are between $2,500 - $50,000+/month

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a hunter who is able to create long-lasting relationships, and who wakes up in the morning excited to make their first call. 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for attracting clients and showing them how Pilothouse can solve their growth challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing the month over month revenue of Pilothouse by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing relationships with potential clients. 

Experience working in an agency environment would be advantageous to this role.

Compensation:
Base salary of $55,000 - $90,000 CAD annually + uncapped commission!
